John 9:1-9
As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said these things, he spit on the ground and made mud with the saliva. Then he anointed the man's eyes with the mud and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means Sent). So he went and washed and came back seeing.
The neighbors and those who had seen him before as a beggar were saying, “Is this not the man who used to sit and beg?” Some said, “It is he.” Others said, “No, but he is like him.” He kept saying, “I am the man.”
A disciple should have the privilege to ask question with his teacher. In the absence of questions there is no effective discipleship. The teacher is there to teach and answer questions.
John 9:2 And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
Every question is important! The question asked here was judgmental? The question here had a preconceived conclusion about the matter. Learning let us be careful about how we communicate in particular during difficult and sensitive times!
Sometimes there is no link between sin and suffering!
2 Corinthians 5:21
For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Evil, sickness, death, lack, poverty and pain provide an opportunity for redemption
Galatians 3:13-14
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”— so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.
Jesus came to redeem mankind from all the forces of the evil one. In essence the works of darkness can be repurposed for the display of the works of God.
Difficult times in some instances are linked to salvation, prosperity, elevation and progress. Your elevation is most often preceded by difficult times. The presence of evil does not negate the blessing in your life. The blessing of God is greater than evil or curse.
What do we do now?
Jesus is the master of repurposing, it started with him. Follow me - I will make you a fisher of man.Peter and friends were not ready to follow - they had to adapt there and there
Joseph was never ready - he had to adapt and use his gift in prisons. Because of continual adaptation he eventually found himself in the palace.Every dream requires continual repurposing until the full manifestation.Come follow Jesus - he sees your failure as a platform for success and elevation
The revelation of who Christ is? directly impacts our purpose. Our original purpose is repurposed to serve the master. Failed fishermen become successful fisher of man in the hands of Christ. In Christ there is always a new purpose for all. Come to him.

All major miracles are preceded by the presence of the Holy Spirit. All effective and fervent prayers are the work of the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit that gives utterance (Acts 2:4). All effective witnessing is preceded by the presence of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). All Godly Achievements are preceded by the present of the Holy Spirit
Healing is preceded by the presence of the Holy Spirit - healing is the Gift of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:9): we therefore experience this gift of healing as recipients of healing or as the channel in which it is administered. Faith is also referred to as the Gift of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:9). Fundamentally, an effective life can only be attained by having the Holy Spirit at the core! All prophecy is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Any godly thing we do is by the Holy Spirit:
