The Power of Utterance

THE POWER OF UTTERANCE 

 

The world as we know it is a result of utterance. If God never uttered a word the world as we know today will be non existent. 

 

Psalms 33:9

For he spake, and it was done;

he commanded, and it stood fast.

 

Faith is audible, faith has a sound, faith is expressed through words. Words remain the most creative force on earth. Words most often precede the manifestation. Words of faith are succeeded by natural manifestation of the supernatural - that is a miracle. 

 

Words spoken by God have an impact on our beliefs

Words spoken by us have an impact on our destiny, we speak on the basis of what we believe.

 

Mark 5:27

She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.

 

• Her cycle of suffering was interrupted by what she heard?
• What are you hearing with respect to the challenges in you life?
• Faith is a result of what you hear

 

Matthew 8:8

The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

 

What you hear is moderated by your ability to discernment and to connect the dots:

Unless you successfully connect what you hear (promise of God) to your current reality, faith will remain a theological term. 

 

What you hear and say work to generate a life of Faith

• Learn to hear what the Spirit
• Learn to articulate or express what come from the Spirit
